Als IT Systemadministrator (w/m/d) sind Sie in unserer Zentrale in Immenstadt im Allgäu Teil des Teams Verwaltung, das mit seinen vielseitigen Aufgabenbereichen das Rückgrat unseres Unternehmens bildet. Hier laufen alle Vorgänge zur Planung, Steuerung, Administration, Dokumentation und Kostenrechnung von Outdooractive zusammen.
Dein neuer Job bei Outdooractive
Als Administrator (m/w/d) für Microsoft & Infrastructure liegt dein Fokus auf der Administration unserer hybriden Microsoft-Umgebung (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, MS Exchange) und dem sicheren Betrieb der Systeme in unserer VMware-Umgebung.
Du übernimmst die Planung, Implementierung und Betreuung von Microsoft Teams und Sharepoint.
Du stellst den IT-Betrieb unserer Infrastruktur und Services durch Monitoring, Patch-, Schwachstellen-, Lifecycle-Management sowie durch kontinuierliche Optimierung sicher.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Verwaltung der LAN/WAN/WLAN-Infrastruktur einschließlich Firewall (Fortigate und Sophos), VPN, Virenscanner und Spamfiltering.
Du behebst Störungen in den betreuten Systemen und koordinierst unsere externen Dienstleister.
Du übernimmst die Verwaltung der Datensicherung, Archivierung und Wiederherstellung.
Du verantwortest das Client Hardware Management und die Asset-Verwaltung.
Wie du uns von dir überzeugen kannst
Du bist zertifizierter Microsoft MS 365 Systemadministrator und hast eine fundierte IT-Systemadministratoren-Ausbildung.
Du hast eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität und bist ein Macher, arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich und besitzt Problemlösungskompetenz.
Du verfügst über Supporterfahrung in MS 365 Applikationen sowie in komplexen und größeren Systemlandschaften.
Erfahrung mit zentralen Softwareverteilungssystemen und Mobile Device Management-Plattformen sind von Vorteil.
Du kannst Probleme zielgerichtet analysieren, kategorisieren und verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Du hast eine Leidenschaft für die Natur, Technologie und Innovation.
Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

As an IT System Administrator (f/m/d) at our headquarters in Immenstadt im Allgäu, you will be part of the Administration team, which forms the backbone of our company with its wide range of tasks. This is where all of Outdooractive's planning, control, administration, documentation and cost accounting processes come together.
Your new job at Outdooractive
As an Administrator (m/f/d) for Microsoft & Infrastructure, your focus will be on the administration of our hybrid Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, MS Exchange) and the secure operation of the systems in our VMware environment.
You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and support of Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint.
You will ensure the IT operation of our infrastructure and services through monitoring, patch, vulnerability and lifecycle management as well as continuous optimisation.
Your tasks will include managing the LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure including firewall (Fortigate and Sophos), VPN, virus scanner and spam filtering.
You will rectify faults in the managed systems and coordinate our external service providers.
You will be responsible for managing data backup, archiving and recovery.
You will be responsible for client hardware management and asset management.
How you can convince us of your qualities
You are a certified Microsoft MS 365 system administrator and have a sound IT system administrator qualification.
You have a strong hands-on mentality and you are a pragmatic self-starter, work independently and autonomously and have problem-solving skills.
You have support experience in MS 365 applications as well as in complex and larger system landscapes.
Experience with centralised software distribution systems and mobile device management platforms is an advantage.
You can analyse and categorise problems in a targeted manner and have very good communication skills.
You have a passion for nature, technology and innovation.
You communicate confidently in German and English. Other language skills are an advantage.
