Als Event Manager (w/m/d) bist Du in unserer Zentrale in Immenstadt im Allgäu Teil des Marketing Teams, wo das „große Ganze“ – also die Outdooractive Plattform – geplant wird. Hier werden Konzepte für weitere Entwicklungen erstellt, die Plattform für Suchmaschinen optimiert, das Content Marketing koordiniert und die gesamte Kommunikation abgestimmt. Gemeinsam mit Dir und unseren Mitarbeiter/innen wollen wir Outdooractive zur größten Outdoor-Plattform der Welt machen!
Dein neuer Job bei Outdooractive
Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung sowie die operative Umsetzung und Steuerung unserer breiten Palette an zielgruppenspezifischen Veranstaltungsaktivitäten – darunter B2B-Events und Schulungen, Messen, Promotion-Events sowie B2C-Events in Kooperation mit fachspezifischen Outdoor- und Sport-Veranstaltern sowie Herstellern aus der Outdoor-Industrie.
Du erstellst und verfolgst die Jahresplanung sämtlicher interner und externer Veranstaltungen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Planung, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung – in enger Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern wie Marketing, Community Management, Partnern und Dienstleistern.
Du organisierst und verwaltest das Einladungs-, Anmeldungs- und Barter-Vertragsmanagement sowohl intern als auch extern.
Außerdem steuerst Du aktiv die Personal- und Reiseplanung sowie die PR und Kommunikation auf allen internen und externen Kanälen im Zusammenhang mit den Events.
Du unterstützt bei der kaufmännischen Vor- und Nachbereitung aller Veranstaltungsaktivitäten, einschließlich Vertragsmanagement, Rechnungserstellung und -prüfung.
Wie du uns von dir überzeugen kannst
Du hast Dein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen – idealerweise mit dem Fokus auf Events und Eventmanagement.
Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung im Eventbereich mit.

As Event Manager (f/m/d) you will be part of the marketing team at our headquarters in Immenstadt im Allgäu, where the "big picture" - i.e. the Outdooractive platform - is planned. Here, concepts for further developments are created, the platform is optimized for search engines, content marketing is coordinated and the entire communication is coordinated. Together with you and our employees, we want to make Outdooractive the largest outdoor platform in the world!
Your new job at Outdooractive
You are responsible for the planning as well as the operative implementation and control of our wide range of target group-specific event activities, such as B2B events and training courses, trade fairs, promotional events, B2C events as a partner of specialist outdoor and sports event organizers as well as manufacturers in the outdoor industry.
You create and track the annual planning of all internal and external events and ensure a smooth planning, preparation and implementation of the same, in close cooperation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, such as marketing, community management, partners and service providers.
They organize and manage the invitation, registration and barter contract management internally and externally.
They also actively manage staff and travel planning as well as PR and communication on all internal and external channels related to events.
They support the commercial preparation and follow-up of all event activities, including contract management, invoicing and auditing.
