Siamo alla ricerca di una persona creativa, organizzata e appassionata di comunicazione digitale per entrare a far parte del nostro team come Community and Content Manager.
Sarai il punto di riferimento per la gestione della community e la creazione di contenuti per i canali social e la piattaforma, contribuendo a valorizzare il brand e rafforzare il legame con i nostri utenti (o potenziali tali).

I tuoi compiti

Tradurrai testi di vario tipo (landing page, newsletter, key di sistema, percorsi…), garantendo qualità e coerenza con il tone of voice aziendale.
Gestirai in autonomia i nostri canali social (Facebook e Instagram): dalla pianificazione mensile alla creazione di copy e visual, fino alla moderazione di commenti e DM.
Collaborerai con affiliati e influencer/content creator per ideare e realizzare contenuti e campagne promozionali.
Svilupperai e gestirai i rapporti con eventi partner.
Risponderai alle recensioni degli utenti sugli app store con professionalità ed empatia.
Redigerai testi per guide di viaggio digitali per varie destinazioni italiane, presentando attrazioni naturalistiche e patrimonio storico-culturale, con focus sulle attività outdoor.
Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team delle altre filiali internazionali per campagne e progetti condivisi.

Il tuo profilo

Esperienza nella gestione di canali social e community online
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (il tedesco è un plus)
Buona conoscenza di programmi di editing grafico e video (Canva, CapCut…)
Conoscenza base di SEO e storytelling
Spiccate capacità organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio
Attitudine collaborativa e spirito di squadra
Passione per il mondo outdoor

Wir suchen eine kreative, organisierte und leidenschaftliche Person für digitale Kommunikation, die unser Team in Italien als Community and Content Manager verstärkt.
Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für das Community-Management sowie die Content-Erstellung für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und Plattform und trägst dazu bei, unsere Marke bekannter zu machen und die Bindung zu unseren (potenziellen) Nutzern zu stärken.

Dein neuer Job bei Outdooractive

Du übersetzt verschiedene Texte (Landing Pages, Newsletter, Systemtexte, Touren usw.) und stellst dabei Qualität und Konsistenz mit dem Unternehmens-Tone-of-Voice sicher.
Du betreust eigenständig unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (Facebook und Instagram): von der monatlichen Planung über die Erstellung von Texten und Grafiken bis zur Moderation von Kommentaren und Direktnachrichten.
Du arbeitest mit Affiliates sowie Influencern/Content Creators zusammen, um Inhalte und Werbekampagnen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
Du baust Partnerschaften mit Event-Veranstaltern auf und pflegst diese.
Du beantwortest Nutzerbewertungen in den App Stores mit Professionalität und Empathie.
Du verfasst Texte für digitale Reiseführer zu verschiedenen italienischen Destinationen und stellst dabei Naturattraktionen und kulturelles Erbe samt Outdoor-Aktivitäten in den Fokus.
Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams der internationalen Niederlassungen bei Kampagnen und gemeinsamen Projekten zusammen.

Wie du uns von dir überzeugen kannst

Erfahrung im Management von Social-Media-Kanälen und Online-Communities
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Italienisch und Englisch (Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus)
Gute Kenntnisse in Grafik- und Video-Editing-Programmen (z. B. Canva, CapCut)
Grundkenntnisse in SEO und Storytelling
Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Detailgenauigkeit

We are looking for a creative, organized, and passionate individual in digital communication to join our team in Italy as a Community and Content Manager. You will be the main point of contact for community management and content creation for our social media channels and platform, helping to increase brand awareness and strengthen relationships with our (potential) users.

Your new job at Outdooractive

You translate various texts (landing pages, newsletters, system texts, tours, etc.), ensuring quality and consistency with the company’s tone of voice.
You independently manage our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram): from monthly planning and creating texts and graphics to moderating comments and direct messages.
You collaborate with affiliates as well as influencers/content creators to develop and implement content and advertising campaigns.
You establish and maintain partnerships with event organizers.
You respond to user reviews in the app stores with professionalism and empathy.
You write texts for digital travel guides about various Italian destinations, highlighting natural attractions, cultural heritage, and outdoor activities.
You work closely with teams from international offices on campaigns and joint projects.

How you can convince us of your qualities

Experience managing social media channels and online communities
Excellent Italian and English skills (German is a plus)
Proficient in graphic and video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
Basic knowledge of SEO and storytelling
