Als neuer Chief Executive Officer (CEO) trittst Du in eine Schlüsselrolle: Du führst das Unternehmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründer und dem Aufsichtsrat in die nächste Ära – mit Respekt vor dem Erreichten, dem Mut zu visionären Entscheidungen und dem Anspruch, Outdooractive zum globalen Leader zu entwickeln.

Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Führung des Unternehmens auf globaler Ebene
Gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung, Kommunikation und Umsetzung unserer Unternehmensvision – immer im Einklang mit unseren Werten Tradition, Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit

Your new job at Outdooractive

Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the company on a global level
Joint development, communication, and implementation of our corporate vision – always aligned with our core values of tradition, innovation, and sustainability
Full P&L responsibility for revenue, profitability, and growth, with the clear objective of future-proofing the company and increasing enterprise value
Close collaboration with the founder, including deep immersion into the company’s strategy, culture, and structures
Leadership, development, and inspiration of the international management team; fostering a performance-driven and values-based corporate culture
Acting as a driver of digital innovation, leadership, and the expansion of our platform ecosystem
Structuring, scaling, and internationalizing all business areas (Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Content, Community, Customer Success)

How you can convince us of your qualities

Proven entrepreneurial track record, demonstrated by independently building or scaling a company or business unit (hands-on)
Several years of CEO or C-level experience in digital, technology-driven companies (platform/SaaS/B2B2C)
Demonstrated success in strategy, innovation, international growth & scaling, and M&A
Strong entrepreneurial vision, results orientation, and leadership skills
Passion for outdoor, tourism, and digital innovation
Ability to build high-performance teams and shape an inspiring corporate culture
