Als Data Analyst (w/m/d) bist du Teil unseres Operations Teams an unserem Hauptstandort in Immenstadt im Allgäu. Das Operations Team koordiniert und optimiert alle Geschäftsprozesse bei Outdooractive und arbeitet dabei eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Finance, Produktentwicklung und dem Management zusammen. Als Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen und der IT sorgt das Team dafür, dass unsere Systeme und Prozesse optimal auf unsere Unternehmensziele ausgerichtet sind. Durch datenbasierte Insights und Analysen schaffst du echten Mehrwert und treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Outdooractive voran.

Dein neuer Job bei Outdooractive

Du entwickelst, pflegst und optimierst Datenmodelle, Reports, Dashboards und Präsentationen in Power BI.
Du konsolidierst und visualisierst Management-Informationen aus verschiedenen Datenquellen.
Du arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen, um datengetriebene Entscheidungsprozesse zu unterstützen.
Du konzipierst und entwickelst skalierbare Datenarchitekturen und -modelle auf Basis von Microsoft Fabric und entwickelst unser Power BI Projekt eigenständig weiter.
Du bereitest Analysen und Ergebnisse für verschiedene Zielgruppen auf und präsentierst sie.

Wie du uns von dir überzeugen kannst

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Data Science, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder einem ähnlichen Fach.
Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence oder Statistik.
Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python, R und SQL.
Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit Power BI sowie mit modernen Datenplattformen (z. B.Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift).
Du analysierst komplexe Fragestellungen und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
Du bringst ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Innovationsgeist und Lösungsorientierung mit.
Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig.
Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit statistischer Modellierung, Cloud-Technologien, Webanalyse-Tools (z. B. Google Analytics), Server-Side-Tracking, DevOps und Data Governance.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

As a Data Analyst (f/m/d), you will be part of our Operations Team at our headquarters in Immenstadt in the Allgäu region. The Operations Team coordinates and optimizes all business processes at Outdooractive and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development, and Management. Acting as the interface between departments and IT, the team ensures that our systems and processes are optimally aligned with our corporate goals. Through data-driven insights and analyses, you will create real value and drive the continuous development of Outdooractive.

Your new job at Outdooractive

You will develop, maintain, and optimize data models, reports, dashboards, and presentations in Power BI.
You will consolidate and visualize management information from various data sources.
You will work closely with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making processes.
You will design and develop scalable data architectures and models based on Microsoft Fabric and independently advance our Power BI project.
You will prepare analyses and results for various target audiences and present them effectively.

How you can convince us of your qualities

You have a degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
You have several years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Statistics.
You possess excellent knowledge of Python, R, and SQL.
You have solid experience with Power BI as well as modern data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift).
You analyze complex issues and derive actionable recommendations from them.
You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as innovation and solution orientation.
You are a team player, strong communicator, and assertive.
Ideally, you have experience with statistical modeling, cloud technologies, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), server-side tracking, DevOps, and data governance.
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
